The company

This mid-tier fast growing mining contractor has developed a strong presence and reputation throughout Australia over the last 10 years.

The position

As an NDT technician you will be responsible for the Non-Destructive testing of a variety of machinery and equipment that exists in the companies fleet along with machinery from clients on site and in Orange.

The hours and roster

This will be an Orange based role and will run on a standard 50 hours per week Monday - Friday. Although the position is Orange based you will enjoy working at various site throughout the east coast from time to time involving overnight stays. The hours you work maybe flexible with specific requirements of the person.

The ideal background

Ideally you will have come from a boiler making background and will have branched off and specialised in Non Destructive Testing.

Qualifications needed

AS3998 Certified/AINDT accredited in the following

• Ultrasonic level 2 (UT2)
• Magnetic Particle level 2 (MT2)
• Liquid Penetrant Level 2 (PT2)
• Experience in setting up NATA accreditation (advantageous not essential)
