Job Description

Due to major contract wins we are seeking further graduates to join our Infrastructure Graduate Development Scheme which starts in September 2013. WSP's Infrastructure business works in the rail, water, highways and bridges sectors and are seeking to fill the following positions:

Northampton – Civil (Highways)
Northampton – Structural (Bridges)
Birmingham – Civil (Highways)
Scotland – Civil (Highways)
Leeds – Electrical (Communications)
London – Electrical (Rail)
Leeds – Civil (water)
Tewkesbury – Civil (Project management)

Our graduates receive guidance from a training team to help them achieve further professional qualifications. You will also be assigned a mentor who will provide you with the technical support you need to achieve your professional goals.

As part of the graduate group you’ll get involved in organising a number of activities, helping you to grow within a strong network of people. Finally - and most importantly - you can expect to receive daily support from your line manager and team members who will encourage you to make the very most of your abilities.

Suitable applicants will have successfully completed (or due to complete) a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Applicants may have also a relevant Masters degree but this is not essential.

Excellent written and verbal skills are essential as is excellent general IT skills.

Suitable applicants will be able to demonstrate a genuine techncial interest in either water, rail, highways or bridges and be willing to work permanently in one of the offices mentioned above.

We will be holding recruitment days end of May for shortlisted applicants.
