Now are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team, and grow with us as: MINE MANAGER (MM) Requirements: • Educational degree in Mining Engineering • A working knowledge of surface and minescape mine planning software will be advantage • Age = 35 – 45 years old • Work experience preferable nickel mine, minimum 5 years and (min 1 years) have at similar managerial level • Having capability handle overall operational project (technical, budget, man management, HSE, And society issues, etc) • Capable handle all spectrums plan and production process • Strong leadership and capable handle all spectrum production process • Team Player, be efficient operational concepts, persistent and hard worker • Target oriented and ensure compliance with strict deadline (time, quantity, quality product) • Be efficient handling operational cost and budgeting • Detail & analytical, problem solver, system and procedure oriented • Good Communication in English and Indonesia • Held certificated: POP, POM Please send your application along with CV, copy transcript, certificates, recent photograph and other supporting document to: hrd@buena.co.id (Please write Position Name and Code in email subject)
