Drive the day to day efforts to create consumer-oriented solutions designed to simplify, optimize and/or enhance the wireless experience for our priority customer targets. The Associate will work closely with the Innovation Manager to jointly serve as key internal innovation champions, leveraging consumer insights to design and test innovative product, service and process concepts. They will utilize a consumer insight driven process with appropriate testing and evaluation to build and manage a robust 24 month pipeline of innovative ideas to delight our customers, create a high degree of differentiation and drive future customer and revenue growth.

- Responsible for driving near term innovation from ideation thru handoff, including concept development, assessment and market test
- Develop consumer platforms (e.g. Family bundles) and proof points (e.g. Battery Swap) to enhance consumers’ wireless satisfaction and drive differentiation by creating rational, “provable” benefits
- Focus on innovative concepts targeted to our priority segments to drive profitable customer and revenue growth over rolling 6-24 month timeline
- Deeply understand target customer segment needs
- Leverage current insights knowledge base relevant for developing consumer-oriented solutions
- Responsible for researching and evaluating new industry innovations and assessing new competitive offerings
- Develop and manage holistic enterprise innovation roadmap, encompassing work from multiple cross-functional teams (e.g. products, devices)
- Provide input to product development process, including but not limited to product and device requirements, business case development, vendor selection, frontline training
- Demonstrate passion for solving consumer pain points through innovative offerings

- A consumer orientation with the ability to leverage consumer insights to build and manage pipeline of innovative products, services and processes
- Success will be measured by the number and timeliness of innovations, as well as customer and revenue growth that results from each
- Strong business acumen with emphasis on consumer businesses and experience making sound judgments backed by strong analytical skills and business case development
- Ability to drive process, project and results by influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing outside vendors as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding written and oral communication skills, including speaking persuasively to influence and energize others and expressing ideas/information clearly and concisely
- Demonstrates confidence presenting to small and large groups
- Strong time and project management skills required to consistently meet deadlines
- Well organized, strong administrative and detail oriented skills

Minimum Experience and Educational Requirements:

- 6-8 years combined in product management, product development, product strategy, consumer package/product goods (CPG) or marketing
- Bachelor!s degree in related discipline.
