Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Center Wire & Cable, you will be part of the global marketing team and you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure that the technical service resources are utilized in alignment with Borouge’s short-term priorities, long-term strategy and cost budgets
  • Ensure that project end results are achieved in collaboration with Research & Development and participate personally where appropriate
  • Propose and implement optimal product mix strategy to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate and contribute to the set-up of strategic objectives and Key Performance Indicators to achieve Borouge business strategy
  • Monitor level of compliance with internal and external safety procedures and actively educate others of necessary compliance when necessary
  • Utilize Borouge materials based on understanding of value chain to advice customers and pro-actively contribute to Borouge profitability
  • Implement marketing strategy to ensure that it is feasible and implementable

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience:
  • University degree or equivalent with relevant industry experience
Skills:
  • 8 – 12 years of relevant work experience
  • Basic understanding of intellectual rights
  • Good knowledge of products development commercialisation process
  • Good knowledge of corporate strategy
  • Extensive knowledge of products, manufacturing and application technology
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and value chain
  • Good proficiency in spoken and written English
