Job Description

ESN is looking for a full-time account manager to work from its central Brussels offices. The successful candidate will report to the account management director. The interview process will include a practical test.
Mission
Your task will be to manage major accounts/clients, from preparing offers to delivery, including designing and monitoring the parameters of cost, timescale, quality and methodology for the communication products/solutions to be implemented by ESN.
Tasks will include:

• Meetings with clients/prospects to discuss/define their needs/requirements
• Prospecting market for new opportunities with prospect, ongoing clients
• Elaboration of communication products/solutions and of corresponding budgets
• Handling sales leads and technical proposals
• budget follow-up

Before the signature of contracts, the account manager will liaise with ESN business development dpt to validate the offers and follow the trends of the communication market. During the contract process, the account manager will guarantee, with the support of the project manager(s), the full satisfaction of the client(s) as well as the delivery of outstanding communication tools/solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

Profile
We are looking for a self-starter who is creative, dependable, well-organised and meticulous, able to establish a trustfull long term cooperation process with the clients and to motivate the production teams at ESN. Candidates should have a strong background in large scale communication projects and a sound understanding of the market evolution.
Essential characteristics (please do not apply unless you match all of these):

• Minimum four years successful communication experience in a commercial environment
• Ability to synthesize complex information/requests and produce well-written, expressive, and thoughtful materials used to high-level contacts
• Strong commercial instinct
• Diplomacy, excellent people skills to deploy both externally (with the prospects/clients) and internally (with ESN colleagues)
• Good writing and presentational skills
• Familiarity with a broad range of modern communication tools and approaches
• University degree (Bachelors or Masters)
• Very good written and spoken English, and at least conversational French or Flemish
• Knowledge of other EU languages would be an asset
