Job Description

This role will be responsible for:

Supporting the preparation of quarterly European Management Reviews and other management oversight processes (MMRs, CAPA review boards, KPI review meetings)
Managing quality improvement and/or other major cross-functional regional projects
Analyzing regional quality data for trends and potential areas of improvement

Job Description - Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to identify trends or anomalies and escalate as appropriate
· Propose and implement solutions to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of EMEA quality processes
· Manage quality improvement and/or other major cross-functional regional projects using appropriate Baxter project management methodologies.
· Develop & maintain supporting IT solutions (e.g. SharePoint) for quality management
· Own quality system processes for EMEA region as appropriate.
· Support EMEA CAPA Board meetings and Management Review preparation
· Support EMEA projects (Corporate Project SharePoint site use, provide training if needed)
· Support CAPA, CCM and other Power-Up initiatives in EMEA
· Act as back up for key QS processes: documentation management, training, CAPA, audits, change control etc.
· KPI tool management

Job Description – Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in life-sciences or engineering

Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical device related industry in Quality, Regulatory or related field. Six Sigma, Greenbelt certification is an asset.

Functional/specific competencies:

- Thorough knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485 requirements
- Project management skills
- Quality System processes knowledge and experience

- Use of Word/Excel/Power Point is a must; b asic database management and Sharepoint knowledge is a plus
- Excellent level of English (Spoken, Read, Written): interviews will be performed in English
