Manager Production (Job Ref 757623) As owners representative, this key leadership role manages contract mine coal haulage port and barging operations The person will be accountable for the delivery of safety production and cost targets as per the IndoMet Coal business plan. Qualifications: • 10+ years in a relevant role • Experienced in open cut coal mining operations ideally within Kalimantan • Holding Kepala Teknik Tambang certificate and/or Operasional Utama qualification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources • Written and verbal English proficiency Senior Geologist Mine Operations (Job Ref 758329) As owners representative this role is a technical role that supports the delivery against the short range forecast for safety coal quality and volume Directs and supervises in pit geologists and contractors for coal quality sampling Develops and updates geological models to enable accurate plans to be produced for the short range forecast and budget Coordinates exploration contracts to deliver grade control drilling in the 2 year budget resource Establishes and utilises standard specifications tools and practices Adopts work practices that comply with the site health and safety management system to maintain a safe work environment. Coaches and mentors in-pit geologists Qualifications: • Tertiary quallfitati6n in Geology or extensive industry experience • Desired experience of 5 years in coal mining with coal quality and mine production experience preferred • Desired experience with geological modeling and reserve estimation software and tools • Holding Pengawas Operasional Pratama qualification from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources • Sound communication skills • English language skills written and verbal Coordinator Coal Quality (Job Ref 758330) As owners representative this position coordinates the lndoMet Coal quality management system including the supervision of the contract laboratory services based at Muara Tuhup port The position liaises closely with the Senior Geologist at Haju mine and personnel at export terminals to effectively manage coal quality.
