Managing a team of over one hundred staff, you will have responsibility and accountability for sales, marketing and service excellence in Thailand, with full P&L responsibility. You will leverage existing business relationships to develop channel share and significantly grow the size of the business. Through the further development of a highly motivated and results oriented team you will fully exploit existing business opportunities and seek out new business opportunities to ensure profitable growth in line with the company’s strategic plan. In addition, you will lead the development and implementation of a best in class operations and customer service structure. As a member of the senior management team, you will directly contribute to the growth and success of the business.

Desired Skills & Experience

You must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales Management & People Management with a proven track record in delivering sales growth within a competitive and results driven environment. Experience in retail and project sales (B2B) is a must as is a track record of success in a management role, leading teams and delivering commercial and operational excellence and organizational growth. You must have experience in not only hitting and exceeding significant targets but also be able to demonstrate the ability to develop talent and plan for succession. You must have previous experience in profit & loss management with strong commercial and business acumen. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are essential and you must be bilingual in English and Thai.
