Company Description Orica Mining Services is Indonesia’s largest blasting service provider and product Supplier Company servicing the extensive Indonesian mining market. Orica is currently the world s largest supplier of commercial explosives. In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position: 1. SHEC Advisor Requirements: • Bachelor qualifications in mining/ chemical engineering/ occupational health • At least 6 years experience in supply chain management completed with 3 years experience in SHE/HSE distribution systems and regulations • Comprehensive understanding of local regulation on explosive handling especially in Kalimantan area • Experience in managing sea-air-land distribution operations of dangerous goods • Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skill both in Bahasa and English is a must • Good leadership and mentoring skill • Kalimantan local candidates • Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics 2. Technical Services Requirements: • Bachelor qualifications in Mining Engineering • At least 3 years experience in technical, production or business area in explosive, mining or similar product industry • Have knowledge and 1-2 years experiences in drill and blast • Significant experience using electronic system and having blasting software knowledge and understanding including Shotplus-1, Cycad, powersieve, Value Calculator. • Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skill both in Bahasa and English is a must • Good leadership and mentoring skill • Willing to be placed and rotated in all Orica’s sites all around Indonesia if required • Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics 3. Mechanic Fitter Requirements: • Diploma qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant background • At least 3 years experience in mechanical area at mining industry or manufacturing base company • Certified in handle heavy equipment and other related trainings / certifications • Having good knowledge and operational practices including regulatory requirements across broad range of jurisdiction • Have proven outstanding analytical thinking and excellent communication skill both in Bahasa and English is a must • Good leadership and mentoring skill • Willing to be placed and rotated in all Orica’s sites all around Indonesia if required • Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics 4. Business Process Improvement Lead (Jakarta-Based) Requirements: • Bachelor qualification in Engineering, business management or related discipline, Post graduate level preferred • LSS process skills to at least Green Belt • Minimum 8 years relevant business experiences in career roles • Project management experience • Experience in developing and leading a successful process improvement deployment in a comparable environment • Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, coaching and influencing skills • Negotiation and conflict resolution to reach consensus and achieve common goals • Process analysis, problem solving, and project management skills with understanding of effects on bottom-line • Numerical and statistical competency • Able to quickly assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement • Effective communication skills transferring complex information into practical actions both in Bahasa Indonesia and English • Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethnics Successful candidates will be offered potential career development and competitive remuneration package.
