Due to continuous growth we have a new opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator to join us at our Bunbury Branch
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for organising and overseeing the service department to ensure customer needs and department budget levels are met.
Reporting to Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all levels of service within the branch through effective planning to ensure internal and external customer expectations are met
• Liaising with customers to organise service and repairs and offer product support as required
• Maintaining relationships with subcontractors and internal departments
• Ensure all warranty work and documentations are completed correctly as per the Hitachi Standard Operating Procedures
• Work within budgets and to KPIs in line with business needs

To be successful in this role:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or planning position
• Have a relevant trade qualification
• Exposure to mining and construction equipment
• Stong organisational and customer service skills
• A safety focus with a good understanding of OHS principles
