Job Description

• Has strong leadership qualification, to assist Singapore technical manager to manage day to day FAST and factory focus activities, directly supervise 8 - 10 technician and engineers in Bintan.
• Easily communicates to production and supporting functions, understand factory priority – sales, Past due, WIP, Yield, Cycle Time, CAR, Field escape, OTTR, Inventory.
• Attend daily HOS tier 1, 2, 3 meeting, Gemba and drive ETS actions,
• Attend weekly cell level and site level SIOP meeting, HOS silver steering committee meeting, responsible for HSE SAT and QMS SAT element under ETS
• Promote Kaizen, RPS, coaching and TPM. Align continuously RASIC for ETS operation. Collaborate with across function to support E&T and ISC initiatives.
• SPOC for consigned equipment to CCA suppliers Plexus, Celestica, AMC

Desired Skills & Experience

• Master or Bachelor degree or equivelent in electrical / electronics / computer/telecomunication engineering
• Fluent in English, strong business presentation skill, versed in MS office powerpoint, Excel, Words, Access, can present
• Experienced with Aiglent, Aeroflex, IFR, R&S test equipment, knowing Automated Test Equipment (VXI, GPIB, CanBus, LXN, PXI, Serial Port, USB, etc.)
• able to do electronics system design and frabrication, proficient in troubleshooting on PCBA and component level, hands-on experience for VHF, LF, HF, UHF, GPS, digitnal and analog circuitry.
• Strong programming skills for one or multiple languages: C, C++, C#, Visual Studio, Fortune, Pascal, Java, Turbo/Borland C, LabView, LabWindows, Test Stand, Pathon, etc. Knowing DOS, Windows, Unix, Lunix and embedded operation system.
• Experienced for test fixture & cable design or maitenance
• Familiar with ATR test platforms (STS-xxxx, ATEC, Vector, STZ, FMSTP, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with aircraft systems and I/O protocols (A429, A629, AFDX, CAN, etc.) a plus
• Experience with Environment test equipments and product certification preferred
• Lean or Six Sigma certificate a plus
