An Oil, Gas and Geothermal Services Company; QA Supervisor Posting date: April 09, 2013 Expiry date: April 23, 2013         URGENTLY REQUIRED An Oil, Gas and Geothermal Services Company in South Jakarta urgently required to join with our team in Jakarta office. If you are able to work as a team and as well as individual, and willing to work hard in highly dynamic and demanding situations, we invite you to fill our vacant position as : QA Supervisor Responsibilities: • Responsible for maintaining Quality Management System in the Company • Maintaining Company quality system in compliance to internal & external (ISO) regulatory standard requirement • Prepare and distribute job report for crews • Conduct monthly Quality meetings • Conduct Internal Audit and reporting • Reporting to regional office on quality matters • Preparing QA related documentation for tender • Prepare equipment certification when required by client • Monitoring and record status of equipment certification in ETMS and EHF • Uploading documents on ETMS & filling EHF • Updated QA related procedure and record • Act as Management Representative in external audits • Conduct Quality training Requirements: • Male or Female, max 45 years old • Must have Bachelor Degree / S1 (any Major, preferably in Engineering • Fluent in English (Oral and Written) • Min 2 years work experience (any industry, preferably in Oil & Gas) • Computer literate – able to use MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) • Knowledge of QHSE or ISO 9001 will be a plus • Possess good communication & interpersonal skills • Motivated, hardworking, eager to learn, strong attention to details • Work location will be in Bekasi (Jati Asih) Please send your application letter and resume to budisusetyo.eko@gmail.com
