1. Community Government Relation & Land Management Superintendent

Main Responsibilities
1. Plan and control the implementation of
land compensation budget, work plan, and strategy to ensure the fulfillment of
land/area in supporting company”s operational activities.
2. Map community
need and governmental objectives to develop an integrated community empowerment
program
3. Liaise with governmental institution for permitting.
4.
Supervisor security and review the security plan within the mine site.
2. Senior Land Compensation Supervisor

Requirements

Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct site survey and collect data of
land area and land ownership to validate area against map and verify land
ownership to prevent overlapping ownership.
2. Conduct survey and gather
information on the land price through benchmarking with other purchases made by
other companies and local communities to determine standard price for
negotiating land acquisition/purchase.
3. Monitoring & Environment Management System Supervisor

Requirements

Management

Main Responsibilities
1. Conduct integration system towards company
performance standards, environmental best practices and ISO 14001:2004 in order
to ensure the ISO 14001:2004 is conditioned by accredited
institute/organization
2. Coordinate the implementation of environmental
monitoring and hydrocarbon management activities on the field to ensure that
those activities are being done in accordance to company standards and schedule
4. Mine Geologist

Requirements
a. A graduate degree in Geology
b. Minimum 2 year
of working experience in mine geology
c. Able to use mining software: Minex,
Surpac, etc.
d. Good coordinating capability
Main Responsibilities
1. Verify the coal quality during the mining
and handling process from pit to the port through direct field check
2.
Update the geology model on the designated geology programs based on the field
data gathered to ensure that the models always reflect the field condition
accurately
3. Develop coal quality grid based on the sample data to provide
the necessary information for further usage in Balikpapan office resources
geology
5. Electric Supervisor

Requirements
a. 4 years of experience in washing plant and power
generation
b. Computer literate
c. Has a POP certificate
d. Has an A

Main Responsibilities
1. Manage regular electrical preventive
maintenance to reduce down time
2. Make necessary corrective action in order
to stop repeated downtime.
3. Maintain plant and power station availability
is above 90%
6. Senior Laboratory Technician

Requirements
a. Minimum qualified in metallurgical Engineering from
technical school
b. Minimum 3 year experience in related field
c.
Understand process and control system in coal industries
d. Prior experience
in coal preparation/plant and supervision
e. Knowledge on standard sampling
procedures calculation on sampling parameter
Main Responsibilities
1. Implement all laboratory functions from
samples gathering, samples preparation, chemical analysis, proximate analysis
and reporting of analytical result
