PROCESSING MANAGER
You will bring at least 10 years operational experience in a gold operation
with Senior Management experience and as an industry professional be looking to
deliver industry best practice.
The Processing Manager is responsible for the safe operation of the
Processing Department, incorporating metallurgy, operations and maintenance of
the processing operation.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria
• Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy or a related discipline
•
Familiarity with metallurgical accounting systems and understanding of process
control systems.
• Experience in Maintenance management systems
• A
solid understanding of metallurgy processes, functions and interfaces in a base
metals operation
• Financial and systematic business and planning processes
• Power generation and HV reticulation systems
• Good computer skills
with the ability to use integrated management system, word processing and
spreadsheet applications
• Proven effective leadership and management of a
multi-disciplinary processing department in a medium to large operation
• A
high level understanding of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
• A strong working knowledge of the relevant environmental legislation
ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements :
• Male / Female, Maximum 36 years old
• The
candidate must possess Degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Management
or a related discipline with 5 years recent experience in a similar role.
•
Having know well and understanding of Environmental function area and Regulation
• Understanding of Compliance and Risk management, Safety Culture and
*Management of Environmental Auditing are essential.
• Having POM ( Pengawas
Operational Madya ) Certified
• Ready worked in Site ( Lampung )
• Good
interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office, Able speak
In English both oral & Written
• Excellent organizational, communications
and people management skills required
Responsibilities:
• Implementing environmental policies and
practices
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in, understanding of and a good
knowledge of environmental issues, relevant legislation and renewable energy
sources
• Ensuring compliance with environmental legislation
• Assist in
the development and management of the implementation of the Mine”s EMS and its
integration into other management systems (ISO14001), AMDAL
• Assist in the
establishment of environmental training needs analysis and competency
training
• Supervise progressive rehabilitation of the project and affected
areas in line with the project rehabilitation and closure plan
• Auditing,
analyzing and collating environmental performance data and reporting information
to internal staff, clients and regulatory bodies
• Keeping up to date with
changes in environmental legislation
• Managing environmental strategy
budgets
