Job Description

The Gorgon Project is one of the largest LNG projects in the World. The Downstream Section of the project is being undertaken by the Kellogg Joint Venture (comprising Clough, HATCH, KBR, JGC). HATCH as part of the KJV-G delivering the downstream section of this project is looking to fill key positions.

Currently there is an immediate opportunity for a POSITION TITLE to be based at our supply base located south of Perth at Henderson/off the north coast of Western Australia on Barrow Island (BWI)/Perth Operating Centre (POC). This is a long term role offering the ability to be part of a significant project and play an instrumental part in a results based project team.

Duties include:

• Telecom completion systems definition
• Import tags into the completion management system
• Validation of engineering data to system/subsystem and completeness checking
• Resolution of any discipline information/data gaps with engineering
• Development and review of check list (ITR) for construction and commissioning activities
• Ensure telecoms completions and commissioning compliance in accordance to project specifications
• Commissioning telecom procedure development
• Administering the timely close-out of Telecomms Completions Action Items
• Reporting daily the status of telecoms completions as required
• Adminster Telecoms Punch List tracking, support and closeout in cooperation with the Fabrication, Quality and Commissioning Teams
• Ensuring that system/subsystem discipline dossiers are up to date at all times and with the Fabrication Contractor
• Ensuring adherence to established procedures, effective day to day administration of completion management tasks, assisting the Site Completion Management Supervisor as needed
• Maintain telecoms interfaces with; QC Inspectors, Fabrication Team's Mechanical Completions and Fabrication Supervisors, Commissioning Team, other site personnel to administer and coordinate the scheduling, distribution, collection and recording of completions documentation
• To assist with the continuing development, improvement and implementation of the Project and Modules Site Completions system and processes.
• Adhere to established Health, Environmental, Safety and Security (HESS), IIF and other project policies
