Manager Production ( Job ref 757623)
As owners representative, this key leadership role manages contract mine,
coal haulage, port and barging operations. The person will be accountable for
the delivery of safety, production, and cost targets as per the lndoMet Coal
business plan.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in a relevant role
• Experienced in
open cut coal mining operations, ideally within Kalimantan
• Holding Kepala
Teknik Tambang certificate and/or Pengawas Operasional Utama qualification from
the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Written and verbal
English proficiency
Superintendent Coal Quality (Job Ref 757624)
As owners representative, this role supervises the coal quality and processes
to enable delivery against the short range forecast for safety, volume and
quality of contractor production. The person will be accountable for optimising
coat recovery within quality specifications outlined by the forecast.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Relevant coal quality, geology
or coal processing experience
• Supervising product quality in contracted
mine and port operations
• Holding Pengawas Operasional Madya qualification
from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
• Exposure to
thin seam coal mining
• Written and verbal English proficiency
Senior Engineer Mine Planning (Job Ref 757625)
As owners representative, this role leads technical activities that ensure
accurate planning to enable delivery against the short range forecast for
safety, volume and quality of contractor production. The person will be
accountable for production design, annual plans, and approval of the mining
contractor’s short range forecast. S
Qualifications
• 5+ years working in a mine site
• Relevant
experience in mine planning processes and software
• Holding Pengawas
Operasional Pratama from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
Exposure to thin seam coal mining
• English proficiency
General requirements:
-To be engaged on a fly-in / fly-out roster
at our operational site in Central Kalimantan
-Proven experience in leading
teams, setting and delivering targets
