Manage a diverse HSE project load within the mining, construction and LNG industry. Entrenched not only in QLD and Australia, this company also has international projects. Opportunity exists to become involved here, and travel abroad as required. Enjoy being hands on across a variety of projects and industries, not pigeon holed into just on industry. Established client portfolio from top-tier mining houses, mid-tier ASX listed producers and top-tier contractors. Development of integrated management systems in line with standards ISO 14001, 4801, 18001 and 9001 and risk management systems. Lead Audit – OH, EM, QM Development of strategic risk management strategies and training. Reporting to the Risk, Safety and Training Manager you will work closely together to mentor and develop a team of 5 Safety and Risk professionals. This company is continuously up skilling and developing its staff through additional training and education. As the team continues to grow, due to increasing project load, you will be encouraged to move into a management role. Team is passionate about providing safety and risk management strategies and systems to their clients. This role is suitable for someone who strives to improve and influence the safety of demanding work environments. Requirements: 6+ years experience in a consulting or operational context.
