This diverse and forward thinking organisation is currently making new and exciting developments in the mining industry. With both local and international sites, this organisation is developing their systems and is becoming one of the market leaders. An opportunity has arisen within the overseas processing plant for an experienced process trainer.
As the process trainer you will work within the safety and training team to up skill and develop the operators of the CIL??? process plant. You will create and maintain training matrixes and ensure all training records are kept up to date and fully complaint. You will report to the process plant manager and???strive to constantly improve the efficiency of the plant while keeping safety as a priority.
You will have extensive experience as an operator and trainer???within a CIL plant, you will hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessing and ideally a Cert IV in OHS. You will be enthusiastic and motivated in your position and will provide strong skills and knowledge in the area of process plants.
