Mining Engineer: Senior Mine Planning

Mining Engineer: Senior Mine Planning

MINEJOBS.com.au - PERSONNEL CONCEPT
Mining Engineer: Senior Mine Planning

With the vast majority of residential roles, you find that they are based in mining towns with few amenities, isolated locations in roasting climates and few jobs for your partner outside of mining. Aside from being a 5/2 roster and residential, this role/location couldn’t be more different; -
  • Coastal location – great fishing on your door-step.
  • Education for all levels: kindergarten to tertiary – multiple options at each level.
  • Cafés, pubs and restaurants.
  • Cinemas, theatres, shopping – Sunday trading (and not just the local deli).
  • Population of 30,000 – less than 60 minute flight from the capital city.
The role itself is a Senior Mine Planning covering the short to medium term outlook – out to three months – in a complex multi-site blending environment. Schedules will need to ensure grades for shipping. The company’s strong financial position and growth plans will be reflected through to this position, seeing you progress quickly. Full interstate relocation offered.
Requirements: Bachelor of Mining Engineering, minimum of 4-7 years’ experience and metals experience.

Not quite right:I understand that you are going to need to something better in order for you to move on from your current role. I am a leading Specialist Recruiter for Open Pit Mining Engineers. Why not contact me to discuss my other roles that can offer better projects, stimulation, prospects, location and/or money.
