Job Description

WTS International, a leader in leisure facility consulting and management, has an exciting opportunity for an individual that is passionate about fitness, motivated to excel, and goal driven to join our team of fitness managers.  We currently have an opportunity in Bucharest, Romania for an individual with extensive management skills to open a new multi-faceted sports facility. This brand new facility will include a full service spa, extensive fitness area, indoor and outdoor swimming and tennis, a restaurant and kids club. Candidates must have a background in opening and operating commercial/for profit club(s) with an emphasis on promotion of membership sales.

 
The compensation package for this position will include a generous monthly wage, bonus opportunities for strong performance in membership sales and retention, living accommodations at no cost, company provided car, and generous family health benefits.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Pre-opening experience with a commercial fitness club.
