About Our Client
Our client is a renowned international manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of household and kitchen appliances across Europe, America and Asia Pacific. With its strong product portfolio of a well-known brand, it is now looking for a Regional Director to further develop the business in the Asian Market.

Job Description
Leading an experienced regional team of sales, marketing and customer services, you will have P&L accountability for the assigned sales territories in Asia. You will grow the revenue and increase the market share of the brand by strengthening the dealer and retailer networks and identify new business opportunities in the market. You will drive business strategies and new initiatives in order to exceed the company’s business targets. Cultivating strong customer relations with dealers and retailers, you will fully understand customer needs and market trends and provide these insights to top management for setting the product trend and market development strategies.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder with at least 10 years experience in P&L accountability, sales management and marketing gained from well known international brands, preferably in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector. You will have a successful sales track record and established networks with dealers and retailers across the Asia region. With strong leadership and people management abilities, you will be able to drive an experienced regional team to exceed business targets. You will be a strategic, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic leader with strong influential and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential. Flexibility to travel in this role is required.
