They currently offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Mine Planning Engineer to work in a large team at their flagship operation. The opportunity will suit an underground Senior Mining Engineer with a strong technical background. You will enjoy working in a team environment but have the drive to manage a large range of mining and planning functions. Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you will ensure that the engineering team receives the desired coaching, training and work towards clear accountabilities and targets. This role will require you to implement the monthly plans with the operations team, ensure weekly production targets are achieved and work with medium-long term planning regarding future mine developments.
You will have a degree in Mining Engineering and significant experience in underground environments. This position will utilise your mine planning expertise, while also continuing to develop your leadership skills. In exchange for your expertise you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package (above industry standard), a dynamic team environment working with a rapidly expanding producer and work on a FIFO lifestyle roster 8/6 from Perth or residential.
