Due to rapid growth we are encountering, we now wish to hire a dynamic and entrepreneurial consultant to help us expand our APAC business.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full recruitment process from understanding the clients' hiring needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates to presenting candidates.
• Identify and develop client and candidate relationships
• Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients 
• Provide consultative services

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements

• University graduate with degree in Business/IT or related discipline.  Prior experience in recruitment industry is essential with exposure to IT preferred.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment 
• Driven by exceeding targets and confidence to undertake business development mandate 
• Strong presentation and influencing skills plus able to provide advice to clients and candidates
• Competitive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated and ability to deal with multi-tasks
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in Cantonese an advantage.  Strong writing skills in English is required
