Job DescriptionREGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR – CROTHALL LAUNDRY
Compass Group has a Regional Sales Director available in the midwestern United States. This professional top-performer will be an organized self-starter who is able to work independently. This is not a management position; the Regional Sales Director will be responsible to assure profitable market growth through the procurement of new laundry service accounts. The focus of the position is to sell volume into existing plants and source opportunity to build new laundry facilities. Candidate should be based in a metropolitan area near a major airport.
Recipe to Succeed:
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Cold calling, prospecting and discipline to develop markets
- Strong time management and territory development skills (multi-task ability)
- Computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- High energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presentation skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Necessary Ingredients:- Interested candidates should have a BA or equivalent experience
- A minimum of five years successful outside sales experience
- Previous sales experience selling laundry service contracts is a PLUS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
- Motivated with the desire to earn over $100K
- This position entails 75% travel within the territory
- Computer literate
- High degree of personal accountability and integrity
