Mermaid Marine Australia Limited (ASX - MRM) is an ASX 200 company providing marine logistics support and services to the offshore oil and gas industry. With a modern fleet of offshore support vessels and supporting infrastructure at our Supply Bases and Slipway, Mermaid Marine is well positioned for its next phase of growth.
We are seeking a diligent, personable and proactive individual to fill the position of Maintenance Coordinator. In this role, you will assist Mermaid Marine's Vessel Operations by coordinating the safe, efficient and timely vessel maintenance. Based in Dampier, your key accountabilities will include:

• Assisting with the management of planned vessel maintenance, preventative maintenance and quality assurance
• Engaging with various suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver maintenance services
• Assisting with the appointment and management of subcontractor services
• Contributing to the planning of all vessel maintenance

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• Relevant qualifications
• Good operational and technical skills within the marine industry
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• A focus on customer service and a proactive approach to completing tasks
• Good written and verbal communication
• A good working knowledge of maintenance software packages
• Experience with AMOS would be advantageous
