The world-class Ichthys LNG Project is one of the largest and most challenging in the company's history and the Asia-Pacific region. We are recruiting the industry's best to assist in developing the Ichthys Gas Field and this is your opportunity to play a major role in subsequent phases of construction, commissioning and ongoing operations.

As a Senior Process Control Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, facilities and processes. The focus of this position will be the Ichthys Offshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure readiness of Process Control System for Ichthys Production facilities as well as operating personnel for plant start-up
• Develop an Alarm Management philosophy
• Develop the spare part strategy for the Process Control System
• Implementation of control systems projects and modifications
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test for DCS system.

Prior to startup you will use your experience to provide technical and operational input during Detailed Design, Construction and Commissioning. In addition, you will be part of the development of key operations systems, processes and procedures.

Desired Skills & Experience

Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:

• A background in Oil and Gas with experience with the hydrocarbon offshore environment
• An Engineering Degree in either Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronic
• Experience with PLCs, SCADA, and RTUs
• Experience and knowledge in Networks such as TCP/IP and Ethernet.
