As Technical Services Superintendent you will build a team of talented and ambitious technical staff, with the ability to drive the success of this huge operation. You will work closely with your own team and with other departments to deliver successful operational plans across the short, medium and long term,as well as developing budgets and production schedules. You will liaise closely with the contractors on site to ensure all activity is executed in line with the plans that you have developed, and that production is optimised to the highest possible level.
You are a degree qualified Mining Engineer with a wealth of Underground operational experience and technical services ability in planning, design and scheduling. You are proficient in the relevant software and possess proven leadership ability, as well as experience working with mining contractors.
