Real Estate Sales Associate

Recruiting sophisticated and intelligent sales Associates is a significant priority for UCHK Consulting Limited. Over the past years UCHK websites have establish a strong market presence on Baidu, Yahoo and Google within the Australian project marketing sector. Whilst UCHK has over 150 real estate domains and six offices generating leads this role will require the sales associate to have their own network of contacts and relationships to generate sales.

UCHK is looking for a number of passionate sales people to be person/s responsible for each region and city to ensure UCHK is the industry leader in international project management.

Renumeration:
There are two roles available that comprise of Freelance and Full time. Both are paid the same commission rate but Full/Part time Consultants have the option to draw a weekly retainer deductible against commission earnt (In other words, a weekly salary).

For sales generated from the Consultants or Associates own client database and networks, a 2% commission equivalent to the sale price will be paid in two parts: 1% upon unconditional contracts of sale and 1% upon completion. Example: Average property sale AU$600,000 x 2% = AU$12,000 sales commission.

For sales generated from the UCHK client database and/or leads provided to the Associate, a total of 1% commission will be paid upon unconditional contracts of sale. Example: Average property sale AU$600,000 x 1% = AU$6,000 sales commission.

A Freelance (UCHK Associate) is a person that wishes to explore real estate sales as a secondary form of income or part time interest, whilst maintaining their current occupation. UCHK Associates (Freelance) have had particular success aligning their current positions to network with work colleagues, Linked-in members, family, friends and their community in general.

As an example, a university student in China has struck gold by networking with his fellow students of wealthy families who all have interest in investing and immigrating to Australia. Other similar examples include an accountant and luxury car sales person. All earning in excess of $12,000 USD per month moreover, the university student has exceeded $100,000 over three months.
