Do you see yourself as a person who is always prepared to deliver an extraordinary service, the Novotel London Paddington are looking to recruit a Human Resources Coordinator to join the hotel team. The hotel has 206 bedrooms and 8 meeting rooms a leisure centre including a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, the Elements Bar and Restaurant.

In this role you will be responsible for providing support and advice for managers and staff in all Human Resources matters.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience, education, knowledge and skills required for the Human Resources Coordinator role.
- Hotel operation experience strongly preferred as well as interest and passion for the hospitality industry.

Duties Include
- Become involved in all human resources activities; recruitment, selection, training and development, and induction
- Keep staff informed about the company’s ongoing human resources policies
- Prepare and take part in meetings with the different representational staff
- Supervise and participate in personnel administration
- Payroll Management
- Anticipate the company’s needs in term of skills
- Adapt human resources initiatives to the company’s economic bottom line
- Part of the HOD team and includes Duty Management and lobby shifts
