Your Career Opportunity:
Brand Manager in Central Southern Europe

What you can expect:


As international Brand Manager at Coca-Cola you will develop and support the vision and high level strategy for our brands, including consumer focus, brand architecture and communication strategies across Central and Southern Europe (23 Countries). You will be developing annual brand plans and growth drivers, leveraging consumer insights and market understanding to ensure all plans and strategies are anchored on solid, relevant insights.

As the acknowledged expert in consumer dynamics of the relevant category and/or brands you will have a great understanding for the financial performance and economic drivers of the brand whilst ensuring the usage of all relevant tools including digital to help the brand grow further.

As a Brand Manager at Coca-Cola you will also support the development of the innovation strategy and pipeline and identify new business opportunities within the category /portfolio to fully exploit the market potential. To ensure an aligned approach across our system you will work closely with our local Brand Activation team as well as our bottling partners, in particular trade marketing and commercial teams.

We are looking for talented individuals with an ability to leverage the full marketing mix to grow market share, volume, profitability and brand equity for a leading consumer brand.

This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication skills, commercial awareness as well as superb conceptual thinking and very strong analytical skills to work out a systematic mapping of potential innovation opportunities.

As future Brand Manager at Coca-Cola you must have an eagerness to drive change and also have proven in your previous work a deep understanding for consumer needs and the ability to translate this understanding into compelling communication ideas. Excellent English language skills and a desire for new media tools are also required for this role.
