  • Vertically-aligned stakeholder management skills with significant experience of working at senior levels and managing expectations
  • Demonstrable extensive practical and theoretical knowledge of lean tools and techniques. Six Sigma black belt and experience preferable
  • Demonstrable experience of deploying best practice quality management methods and tools
  • Educated to degree level or commensurate business experience

As Business Transformation Leader your main responsibilities will involve:
  • Identifying and prioritising improvement initiatives within Cobham TCSI that support the company / team strategy
  • Leading Cobham SOF (standard operating framework) assessments and benchmarking to identify performance improvement opportunities

  • Leading / coordinating the preparation of tactical implementation plans for identified improvement opportunities arising from SOF mini-transformations or other projects
  • Ensuring improvement projects are focused on impacting EiD / project KPIs, and that these are captured accurately and reviewed within regular forums; driving appropriate action to be taken to address gaps

What we will be looking for in you:

We are looking for someone with a proactive and logical approach to problem solving, who is motivated to continually learn and develop both technical and personal competencies in line with mission-critical workforce requirements. You should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate the core company values: "can-do attitude", "trust" and "one team".

This is a great opportunity to join a global organisation that actively encourages personal development and career progression.
