Job Description

• Check payments' documents related to Marketing Department on correspondence to accounting standards, tax legislation and Company policies & procedures
  
• Prepare initial documents (invoice, act, VAT invoices)
  
• Ensure expenses into SAP with their further collecting
  
• Control collection of Acts of completion and VAT and reconcile balances with suppliers
  
• Processing of Advance reports (business trip, corporate cards)
  
• Prepare Contracts, Acts of completion and VAT invoices and Cost Calculation to effect payments to foreign suppliers
  
• Monitor Tax legislation and initiate alterations


Essential requirements



• University degree in Accounting / Finance
  
• Min 1 year experience in accountancy
  
• Knowledge of local accounting and tax fundamentals
  
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, 1C, SAP)
  
• English (intermediate level)
  
• Ukrainian (advanced level)
  
• Accuracy & attention to details, ability to meet tough deadlines
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
  
• Proactive approach Result orientation
