Job Description

We are looking for Brand Manager for Festal and Maalox brands (OTC Business Unit) in Russia, Moscow

Report to: Senior Brand manager.

Responsibilities:

• Building and defending brand equity
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and indentifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
• Looking at the price of brands and analyzing the potential profitability
• Overseeing creative development and execution processes
• Overseeing communication planning and execution
• In cooperation with Medical department develop and execute Medical Marketing strategy and tactics
• Development and execution of Strategic and tactical plans
• Sales forecasting
• Monitoring consumer reactions to brand through respective market research
• Monitoring competitors activities and preparing response plans
• Budgeting
• Ensure effective communication within the department and with other departments to achieve integrated brand plans and activities
• Organization of marketing events, building and maintaining relations with key opinion leaders
• Managing high value projects: planning, control and execution

Desired Skills & Experience

• High education, preferably marleting, economics, medical.
• Marketing knoweledge, experience in marketing (FMCG/OTC) is a must.
• Proactivity, open for changes, hard-working, team-player. Results oriented, creative, possesses strong interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills. Entrepreneural.
• Fluent English,
• Native Russian is a must
• Location in Moscow, Russia
