Job Description

The marketing manager will be responsible for wireless connectivity software and chip promotion and program management for our Asian customers. He/she will be the main point of contact for NFC and other connectivity product software and hardware engineering team for the customers

- Partnering with internal engineering team to ensure the technical milestones delivered to each customer in time
- Manage clear communication with field application engineering to understand the customer need and provide a right direction for solution
- Keep track of each project status with each customer
- Generate technical report for customers which involves multidisciplinary complex software and hardware issues collaborating with engineering team
- Manage all the commitments from connectivity software team and chipset development engineering on track for product release
- Bring up the right technical resource for urgent support request from customers
- Develop a master schedule for connectivity software delivery in new and key programs
- Make a clear communication with other Broadcom business units to coordinate turn key solution for a certain mobile platform
- Manage the supply situation working with a specific product owner in the marketing team
- Understand market trend of connectivity product requirement

Job Requirements
Skills / Experience Requirement

- Experience in NFC, WPAN and/or WLAN is strongly desired
- Minimum of 3 years program management and/or engineering management required in software and/or hardware development projects in all development cycles
- Ability to make right priority of each technical solution delivery for multiple customer requests by understanding business impact
- Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills

Education Requirements

- Required: Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- Preferred but not mandatory: Master’s, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and/or Business Administration
