This role is both challenging and exciting, as you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and products to assist in the implementation of sales performance management solutions for Fortune 1000 customers across the globe.

As an Associate Functional Consultant, you will work on a project team to design, configure, and deploy Callidus software solutions for our customers across various industries. You will be responsible for working in all phases of the project’s life cycle to include Analysis, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment of the solution. Utilizing your business analytical skills and Callidus training, you will gather and document business requirements and design best in class solutions for our customers. Your training will include knowledge on proprietary Callidus Incentive Management software and other leading edge tools. You will have the opportunity to assume team lead and management responsibilities within the Functional skill tract or pursue a more technical competency such as data integration and/or reporting skill tract.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the leading-edge products of CallidusCloud in the development of customer-specific rules to automate the process of variable compensation for sales force members and related sales activities
• Work closely with customers to gather and document information about current sales organizations and variable compensation practices
• Analyze and review customer sales structures and those processes and policies related to applying sales credit and then calculating payments
• Provide recommendations for process improvements where appropriate
• Delivers Callidus related consulting project activities, ranging from business requirements gathering through final project deployment through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.
• Support Business Process Operational activities by provide ongoing operational, maintenance, and enhancements to existing production enabled customers on Callidus Incentive Management products.
• Technical responsibilities include requirements analysis, Callidus-specific compensation plan design, compensation plan implementation and testing, client handoff, and solution deployment.
• May participate in pre-sales and proposal activities in addition to completing ongoing project team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization.
• Assist in feature development and enhancement for the Callidus products

Desired Skills & Experience

• B.S. in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business or similar related degree
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. SQL is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written, and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels
• Strong positive attitude, highly motivated, and a self-starter
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with internal and external team members
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, autonomous environment
• Experience in financial services, computer, pharmaceutical, or telecom industries preferred
• Experience in implementing ERP or large software applications preferred
• Experience with one of the Big 4 consulting companies, Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, Cap Gemini is a plus
• Position may require up to 75-100% travel
