With continued growth in our Engineering department, we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to establish and drive the corporate Quality Assurance Engineering technical leadership while providing critical direction on the development of processes and standards. You will ensure Arrow Energy achieves best practice outcomes in conceptual design, FEED, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and through to operation.

Duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Acting in the role as primary technical authority for QA Engineering discipline
• Resourcing and managing the workloads and priorities for the QA Engineering team
• Providing direction for the preparation of documents defining the owners technical requirements
• Evaluation of Quality Management Systems suppliers
• Supervising and liaising with engineering consultants and vendor during concept selection, FEED and detail design
• Adopting standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with Arrow’s safety and environment policies

To be successful in the role, you will:

• Be experienced in implementing Quality Assurance Management within a Mega-Project environment
• Have exposure to the regulatory and standard requirements for projects and operations
• Demonstrate a high level familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
