We are currently working with one of the leading gold producers in the Western Australian Goldfields regions.Together we have formulated a strong partnership and are currently working on several roles including various Process Technician roles.
We are seeking mechanically minded experienced people to operate the process plant at its most efficient level in accordance with specified standard operating practices. Operation will involve managing the plant throughout, gold recovery and resource usage through effective communication, troubleshooting and problem solving. To liaise closely with metallurgical and maintenance personnel on safety, plant performance and technical issues with the aim of optimising plant performance, increasing ease of operation and eliminating existing and potential problems.
Another valid requirement is monitoring duties such as sampling, sample analysis, inspection, log keeping and data analysing equipment performance to ensure the timely identification of malfunction and loss of performance. Carry out ancillary and troubleshooting duties including, amongst others, reagent preparation, instrument calibration and plant housekeeping.

- Previous experience in a mineral processing plant (gold preferred)
- Mechanically minded
- Solid and loyal work ethic
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Current WA Drivers License
- The ability to work permanently in Australia
- Ideally 4 years or more experience in a similar role
- Western Australian based candidates (Ideal)
