Desired Skills & Experience

Manage area operations, field maintenance, pipelines and field engineering in this pivotal senior role. You’ll provide critical assistance, support and strategic development to the Field General Manager. Other vital components of this role include supporting budget development, representing senior management on various committees and forums and monitoring contractor operations for compliance.

It’s a challenge that calls for relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to provide high level strategic advice, oversee change management and challenge outcomes and views that restrict production efficiency. Superior skills in people management, communication, negotiation, teamwork, stakeholder management and commitment to safety are similarly crucial.

Senior strategic level experience in operations and infrastructure development is essential. Chartered membership to a relevant institution would be well regarded.
