Manager – Community Engagement (INA-13-HO-00012)
Location: Jakarta
Job Description: To manage the entire engagement activities with
internal and external stakeholder in various community development programs with
the objective of empowering social integration and secure community”s acceptance
to company”s operation at which the company operates.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Social Science related field ;
Bachelors Degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical engineering or related
disciplines also acceptable if combined with the appropriate community
engagement experience ; Post graduate level qualification in related field is
desirable ; Oversees tertiary qualifications preferred ; 10-12 years experience
; Extensive remote site experience in community engagement, ideally in
extractive industries, forestry or plantations ; Experience in a community
engagement role with an international company ; ability to manage and control
resources ; Experience in budget setting for community programs ; Experience in
problem solving and conflict resolution ; Technical skills of costing,
budgeting, contract ; Proficient in English ; Indonesian citizen.
Officer – Communication (Multimedia/Graphic Designer) (INA-13-HO-00014)
Location: Jakarta
Job Description: Author and manage a range of multimedia products
(including website, interactive, presentation & print materials ; Managing
advertising and marketing materials in line with corporate identity ; Managing
documentations (photography and footage) ; Managing website and intranet content
as required.
Requirements: Diploma degree in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia,
or Graphic Design ; At least two years multimedia/graphic design experience ;
Having comprehensive understanding about IT application and multimedia content ;
Multitasking, creative and proactive ; Good communication skills ; Strong
written and oral communications in Bahasa and English ; Having knowledge about
the business (mining/civil engineering) is an advantage ; Indonesian citizen
