Job Description

- Actively grow, manage and maintain a Financial Institution client portfolio generating a multi-million dollar revenue stream.
- Responsible to articulate the market strategy based on the strategy of the business, and execute it with the support of the team and business partners (corporate banker, product managers, and product sales specialists and client service officers)
- Sets specific goals, objectives that align with the sales strategy for industry/product.
- Executes sales strategy in conjunction with other LOB's collaboration with client service, product, operations, technology, risk, and credit, legal and other areas to optimize product and service delivery.
- Provides periodic updates on sales performance to sales management.
- Ensures that call plans, sales goals and other specified project related initiatives are met or exceeded. Works with product groups to identify new product development initiatives.
- Develops and increases own sales skills/competencies.
- Responsible for the timely completion of required administrative tasks.
- Thorough knowledge of the Treasure Services product/services offerings, market and client base.
- Understands the impact of the market on the business and is able to adjust strategy accordingly to meet business objectives.
- Preparing client presentations/responses to Request for Proposal.
- Analyzing markets for new products/services opportunities and penetrating new clients/segment/business opportunities.
