Drilling Superintendent / Manager

Job Description

This position is responsible for overall drilling rig operations. The incumbent will maintain good communication with company client’s representatives and to prepare budgets for drilling rig operations. 
Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for directing and coordinating day-to-day drilling activities
• Determine appropriate personnel, equipment and/or materials are deployed to work site
• Ensuring work order requirements are efficiently executed
• Ensures all equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Monitors new equipment development and drilling site activities
• Ensures department budget is managed effectively
• Manages onsite supervisory personnel

Desired Skills & Experience

• S1 or equivalent in Engineering
• 15+ Years Oil and Gas drilling experiences
• Having extensive experience in Managing Drilling Operations and Projects, with a proven track record
• Having experience in supervising / operating Hydraulic Rig is an advantage
• Preferably having IADC/IWCF Wellcap Certification and valid Supervisor Migas Certificate (APB)
• Willing to travel regularly to work locations
• Excellent Communication skills, active in both Indonesia and English
• Computer Literate

Company Description

PT Andam Resorsis Nusantara is a newly formed JV between PT Wican Indonesia Energi and Andam International LLC. The company has been established to offer drilling and work-over services to the O&G and unconventional gas industries in Indonesia, with particular focus on shallow (<2000m) resources. With the first rig due in country mid July, 2013, the company is now looking to recruit key drilling and administrative staff for both Jakarta and field based operations.
