The international HR Generalist is mainly responsible for operational HR issues and processes for the assigned European countries with a strong focus on NVIDIA�s Sales and Marketing organization. This is a standalone role providing HR support to managers and employees across Europe) (Countries may include UK, Spain, Turkey Italy and standalone workers in Eastern Europe) and working with a number of stakeholders including managers, employees, site leaders, external benefits providers and legal advisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide generalist HR support; advice and coaching to line managers and employees across selected countries across the EMEA region with the main focus on Sales and Marketing teams
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures and entitlements (e.g. maternity, paternity)
- Preparation of offer paperwork, change paperwork and termination paperwork
- Create, update and present new hire orientation
- Support and coach managers during appraisal process and deliver training
- Support the US Mobility team with transfers and assignments (new and existing employees), including liaison with external legal and relocation providers
- Ensure legal compliance is met in all countries, define and propose policies in accordance with NVIDIA policies.
- Manage benefits broker relationships, including benefits renewals
- Maintain accurate employee records (hard copy and electronic) including liaising with colleagues throughout EMEA, India and the US.
- Liaise with regional Finance to prepare payroll data
- General administration � e.g. preparing letters and employment references
- Involvement in regional and worldwide HR projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years professional HR experience in Pan-European environment (incl. labour law)
- Can do attitude and capability to drive results.
- Sense of urgency and ownership, as well as a sense of pride in the quality of work completed.
- Good organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail
- Resilient personality and confident communicator
- High level of confidentiality
- Microsoft Office skills/IT capability
- Degree in Business Administration
- Experience in a fast paced, high tech, international organization
- Additional language skills are a plus (Italian, Spanish, German)
- Knowledge of European employment law
- Located in Theale, near Reading
- Occasional requirement to travel to EMEA offices
