NVIDIA is driving the present and future of visual computing, powering everything from Super Phones to Supercars, and we are seeking a highly motivated, organized and experienced individual to head up its public relations team in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in PR, as well as experience of managing a multi-national team. Experience in technology PR or related industries is desirable. Fluent English is essential and additional European languages would be extremely beneficial.

As NVIDIA EMEAI Senior PR Manager you will be responsible for leading its experienced team of eight PR managers (based in the UK, France, Germany, Russia, Czech Republic, Turkey and Italy) as well as coordinating NVIDIA�s network of retained PR agencies. You�ll work across all the company�s business units to ensure your team has clear priorities, a sustainable workload and the right tools to achieve great results.
The right candidate will demonstrate a good knowledge of NVIDIA�s various business units and the drive to quickly absorb more detailed product information � a technical background can be advantageous but it�s not essential. The role will require frequent travel to Europe, the USA and beyond. Day-to-day tasks will include managing communications between NVIDIA�s business units and the EMEAI regional PR team, tracking and balancing budgets, handling team administration and overseeing plans for PR activity at pan-EMEAI and worldwide events. The ability to provide inspirational leadership and represent the interests of your team at the highest level are also key elements of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the building and maintenance of relationships by the regional PR team with key editors across EMEAI media
- Coordinate between NVIDIA�s Business Unit Leaders and the EMEAI regional PR team on all product reviews, launches and campaigns
- Ensure best practice for information flow, efficient processes and press office functions with other NVIDIA groups, including the technical marketing, events, web and creative teams
- Work closely with NVIDIA�s EMEAI Social Media Manager to provide strategic direction for our regional Social Media channels
- Facilitate good communication and cooperation between EMEAI PR and local sales/mktg teams
- Maintain and develop effective channels of communication between the EMEAI regional PR team and other groups within NVIDIA worldwide, including US PR and corporate teams
- Provide leadership, regular performance assessments and personal development plans to members of the EMEAI regional PR team
- Manage and get best output from all the EMEAI PR agencies together with the Regional PR
- Own key administrative processes for the team, including budget management, expenses, travel planning and compensation
- Attend key industries events and act as one of the key spokesperson
- Regular face to face meetings and interviews with key media in EMEAI
- Act as lead person for executives meetings with top management (press tours, interviews)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years� senior PR experience
- Fluent English
- A second language is highly advantageous (French, German, Spanish, Russian preferred)
- Proven track record of managing an international team and working in a global environment
- Highly developed English copywriting and editorial skills to support the production of press releases, positioning documents and case studies
- Experience in managing and/or overseeing strategic planning for social media outlets at a corporate level
