Value Solutions Strategist, Wildfire - Wildfire - Sydney

Job Description

Reach for new revenue-generating heights as a Sales Googler. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate and persuade new customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your key clients. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
The Value Solutions team is responsible for supporting Wildfire revenue growth by helping our clients realize the true value of social media marketing. We do this by providing industry level thought leadership and collateral on business value, best practices and customer insight. This role is highly visible and strategic to Wildfire’s sales approach. You will work with Wildfire’s top clients and prospects driving critical discussions as part of a sales cycle. You are customer-facing and have cross-industry experience in key marketing topics such as social media, digital media, and advertising.
Responsibilities
  • Drive complex business case/strategy engagements with customers/prospects to articulate the Wildfire value proposition
  • Work on cross-functional teams within Wildfire to develop social media thought leadership and use cases
  • Direct value frameworks, sales strategy, and underlying processes to spread the value DNA throughout the sales organization
  • Expand Wildfire’s presence in untapped markets



  • Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
  • 6 years of relevant experience (agency, value engineering, management consulting).


  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA.
  • Successful experience communicating with C-Level Executives.
  • Strong domain expertise in SaaS subscription business models; CMO buying requirements and/or social media, digital media and advertising.
  • Strong strategy and analytical skills.
