Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Brand Manager and works in conjunction with the Senior Management Team to satisfy key organizational goals established for the digital businesses.
The DMM drafts and presents the digital strategy at board level working with the management team in developing and finalizing the digital strategy across both online business channels for national and international markets. 


The primary responsibility of the DMM will be to develop, undertake and manage the execution of the digital strategy and grow our database and revenue.

Desired Skills & Experience

The DMM will have direct responsibility for the financial performance of the e-Commerce operation, including but not limited to:
a. digital performance for both B:C and B:B,
b. online services and customer experience,
c. digital marketing and social media,
d. content management,
e. liaison and management of third party suppliers in the digital spectrum - hosting, channel campaigns, SEO, SEM, conversion etc.

The DMM works closely with key management on Brand Integrity, Design, Product Sourcing, Logistics, Fulfilment, Finance and Sales and Merchandising in the execution of the digital strategy and day-to-day tactical and general business requirements. Each month the DMM reports on performance metrics, planning, strategy review and risk assessment.
