Mine Engineers... Scheduling and Mine Design Spearheaded by a Technical Services Manager who has stepped in to promote positive change with a real sense of collaboration. The tech services team has now been split in two, one area focusing on short term to medium term planning, scheduling, dragline and coal quality and the second area focusing on long term planning, projects and optimisation. As such two new roles have been created: 1.     Scheduling Engineer – overseeing short term scheduling and day to day leg work from an operational perspective 2.     Mine Design Engineer – short term mine designs and dragline Both reporting directly to the Mine Planning Superintendent, a young manager with a pedigree from the larger mining houses with real time to share his strengths. These roles will suit engineers that wants to work on a challenging site with real expansion projects without corporate set standards or too much red tape. These options are designed to attract an ambitious, up and coming engineers that thrives on team work and technical project stimulation but who also has the confidence to communicate and ability to influence at operations level is key to the success of this role. Residential Central Queensland. Monday to Friday. Must have: Relevant degree qualifications. Local coal mine planning and scheduling experience.
