Kiwibank has an exciting time ahead, and we're looking for a Business Manager to help grow our Asian market in Auckland. We believe a Business Manager is essentially a local hero with a strong voice and clear head for the issues, concerns and plans of business in that community.

As an experienced Business Manager with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others, coupled with proven performance in the proactive generation of new business, you'll have an appreciation of the Chinese culture and ideally be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin. With a strong customer focus and established networks, you'll be able to hit the ground running using your well developed understanding of the functions within a business banking team - including sales, marketing, operations management, credit and risk management.

As a Business Manager, you will also be an ambassador of the Kiwibank brand. Adopting the 'Kiwibank' way of doing things and role modelling our values of doing what's right, making it easy, raising the bar and going further together will be a key part of your role.
