We are one of largest mining group company in Indonesia which is rapidly growing, located in Jakarta and having mining location in the region of West Kalimantan. To support business, we need immediately professional and qualified candidate for the following position:
Senior Operation Manager (OM): 3 positions

The Senior Operation Manager are responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Qualification:
1. Male (max. 45 years old)
2. Bachelor degree from Engineering / Mine Engineering
3. At least 8 years for Senior Operation Manager of working experience in open cut mining operation (Iron, bauxite, and coal)
4. Preferable having some experience in manufacturing industry
5. Preferable held POM/POU Certification
6. Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive result
7. Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practice
8. Initiative, communications, information monitoring planning and organizing
9. Strong commitment to safety
10. Willing to be located at mine site HSE Supervisor/Superintendent

The HSE Supervisor/ Superintendent are reporting to Superintendent / Manager HSE Division. Responsible for Design, implement, communication, coordination, monitoring, evaluating and audit Environmental, health, and Safety programs.

Qualification:
1. Male/Female
2. S1 degree HSE or any major relevant
3. At least 3 years for Supervisor and 7 years for Superintendent of working experience in the same position in mining industry
4. Having the knowledge and skill HSE Management, and systems Audit
5. Having POP and AK3 certification
6. Able to operating computer application (MS Word, Excel, and Power point)
7. Has good leadership, self-motivated and good team work
8. Placement in mining site and Head Office Jakarta
