Job Description


  • Manage the ongoing client relationship for a portfolio of clients and support new business development activities
  • Engage with clients to maximize software usage and return on investment
  • Proactive management of the strategic direction and client service plan ensuring clients who use SuccessFactors achieve business execution results, leading to a renewal of their investment in SuccessFactors.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations on customer processes
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite and configuration options
  • As assigned, undertake and complete implementation projects, including the solution configuration, within the time allotted, with high levels of customer success
  • Prepare and facilitate client training sessions and workshops
  • Communication and provision of content relevant to client at strategic level.
  • Advocate on behalf of clients with product management, engineering and management for critical product enhancements and issue resolution
  • Create and maintain a rolling 4 quarter view of portfolio including usage, health and propensity to renew
  • Partner with broader account team (sales, PS, CS, executives) to provide seamless and positive customer interaction

  • Demonstrated executive relationship management skills as a key contact between SuccessFactors and our clients. Confident in building and maintaining relationships with senior contacts within client organizations.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer success and the ability to influence change and deliver results for customers, through interactions and advice at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to diagnose client needs and implement changes that will drive client business success.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Able to diagnose complex business challenges and effectively explain why SuccessFactors solutions are the best fit to a customer's needs.
  • Strong knowledge of applications and use of consulting and technology in Human Capital Management.
  • The ability to develop and demonstrate technical competence including a general understanding and interest in IT and enterprise software - specifically software-as-a-service (SaaS/“on-demand”),
  • Ability to learn and assimilate business and technical information quickly.
  • Able to build, manage, and maintain strong relationships across a portfolio of clients, effectively prioritizing time and resources in order to maximize the economic value of the portfolio.
  • Ability to work across content domains to connect business strategy with integrated talent management in ways that demonstrate expertise and build client confidence.
  • Strategic business and HR consulting experience preferably in business strategy, goals and talent management, analytics and technology.
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills, combined with effective negotiation skills and a demonstrated effectiveness in a managerial context.
  • Ability to credibly present recommendations at senior levels in the organization; proven ability to adapt communication style

Travel
  • Regular travel is a feature of this position (35% of time).
